Democrats’ Strained Grasp on the Emerging AAPI Vote—What Needs to be Done

Asian American and Pacific Islander voters in recent years have often voted blue. Yet, with new Republican strategies winning votes in the 2021 New York City mayoral campaign and Republicans winning the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial race, it’s time that Democrats revisit their efforts to win these votes.
